A simple app for breathing exercises and timers with a minimalist design. An essential tool for practicing breathwork, guided breathing, deep breathing, or Pranayama.
How we breathe affects how we feel and think. Practicing breathing exercises or breathwork is known for many benefits, including stress reduction, anxiety relief, and
improvement in sleep, energy, and mood.
Choose from a large breathwork library of 30+ breathing exercises, or create your own custom exercises.
Or use the all-new Interactive Mode where you control the breathing time by gestures (Holding or Swiping). This helps improve breath awareness and reduce pressure to follow
breath instructions.

This app works offline, an internet connection is not required. The app supports light and dark themes.
