Com o aplicativo os pais poderão acompanhar mais de perto a rotina escolar dos filhos, acessar os conteúdos e atividades desenvolvidas na sala de aula,
checar notas e ocorrências, receber vídeos e fotos dos eventos. Tudo em apenas alguns cliques e sem utilizar a memória interna de seus smartphones, fator relevante quando
falamos em pais cada vez mais conectados.
Dentre as principais funcionalidades da ferramenta estão a “Entrada e Saída” onde, através da integração com o sistema de catracas que a escola já possui os pais receberão
uma notificação em tempo real sempre que o aluno entrar ou sair da escola, possibilitando aos responsáveis acompanhar essa movimentação dos estudantes de forma automática.
Além deste relatório, os pais poderão, por meio da função “Autorização de Terceiros”, enviar para a escola os dados da pessoa que irá buscar o estudante naquela data ou
período, registrando, assim, um histórico para cada pessoa autorizada.
Com a funcionalidade “Estou Chegando”, a escola irá monitorar a aproximação dos pais através do GPS em seus smartphones, e com isso preparar o aluno para a chegada do pai ou
responsável que estiver mais próximo do local. Evitando filas e aglomerações nos arredores da escola, além da redução no tempo de espera dos pais para retirarem os
alunos.
A Agenda de Recados passa a ser 100% digital e direcionada a vários setores da escola como: secretaria, financeiro e coordenação. Utilizando a agenda dentro do aplicativo o
pai poderá entrar em contato direto com o financeiro para solicitar uma segunda via de boleto, por exemplo. Todos os recados possuem confirmação de leitura, facilitando
assim o fluxo da informação trocada entre escola e responsáveis.
A divulgação dos eventos realizados pela escola ganha um aliado de peso. Através da funcionalidade “Calendário de Eventos” os pais terão acesso a todas as atividades
programadas pela escola e receberão materiais específicos como fotos e vídeos diretamente no aplicativo. Ao confirmarem sua participação em qualquer uma destas atividades
eles automaticamente terão sincronizado suas agendas pessoais com o horário e data do evento, auxiliando assim o planejamento dos pais.
