La aplicación permite al mismo tiempo que los ciudadanos de Trujillo puedan saber dónde está su familia, y a la Municipalidad Provincial de Trujillo recopilar datos útiles
para conocer mejor el fenómeno de El Niño y sus efectos, para así mejorar la resiliencia de la ciudad a través de una planificación urbana sostenible.
Se trata de una aplicación que facilita también el reporte de incidencias que se dan durante una inundación por parte de la población (por ejemplo, el bloqueo de una calle
con sacos de arena) y ofrece esa información a través de un mecanismo interconectado entre las instituciones públicas de atención inmediata, como: Policía Nacional,
Bomberos, Hospitales, Serenazgo, Defensa Civil, etc


The application allows, at the same time, the citizens of Trujillo to know where their family is, and the Provincial Municipality of Trujillo to collect useful data to
better understand the El Niño phenomenon and its effects, in order to improve the city's resilience through a sustainable urban planning.
It is an application that also facilitates the reporting of incidents that occur during a flood by the population (for example, the blockade of a street with sandbags) and
