The app is part of the Chinese government's online presence. It serves as a portal for information about the Chinese government, both central and local. It not only offers useful information — such as news and policies, archives, services and contact details of public service agencies — but also provides a platform for people around the world to interact with the Chinese government, in particular, with the Chinese Premier.The app is administered by the State Council of PRC.
