ニコニコ生放送のコメントを見るためのビュアーです。
（非公式）
放送が見られるわけではないので、主に生主向けのビュアーとなります。

名前はニコ生コメントビュアーですが、ツイキャス/Periscopeのコメント表示に簡易対応しています。
ただ、Periscopeはコメントを見ることができない配信も多数あります。
